Jaccard (R) Meat Tenderizer

This has to be the best meat tenderizer made. Quite often I tenderize a round steak with this product, and chicken-fry it (2 minutes on each side). I can cut this steak with a fork, and it melts in my mouth. I can't say enough good things about this tool.
