28mm X 60' Edible Fresh Collagen Clear Casing (32 strands)

Each caddie of 28mm clear collagen casing has 32, 60 foot strands (1,920 feet) and will stuff approximately 800 pounds of sausage. Minimum stuffing horn size is 17mm (2/3 in.). Good size for hot dogs, bratwurst, knockwurst. Use a 1/2" stuffing horn for this casing. Fresh sausage only do not use for hanging or smoking
