Cut the lean beef into 3/4" cubes. Dice the Onions. In a pot, brown the meat with some vegetable oil, add onions and fry until glassy. Add Karin's Goulash Seasoning mix, Beef Broth, Tomato Sauce, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours stirring occasionally until meat is tender. If using Pork Stew, decrease cooking time to 1.5 hours.
