Jalapeno Smoked Sausage Seasoning

Made a 25 lb batch last weekend with 80/20 ground beef and 2 lbs of the high temp cheddar cheese. Best flavor combination I have made to date. All of the guys at work are begging me to bring more! Excellent jalapeno flavor and just the right amount of kick. Excellent product!
